Why is Dwayne Haskins falling out of the top 10?

Peter King dropped some pretty interesting news in this weeks MMQB when he said the following:

“In fact, I keep hearing Dwayne Haskins is sinking, and may be the fourth passer picked in this draft.”

Now of course we have to remember that this could be a total lie sent out by a team in hopes that Haskins drops to them and they can select him. But there is more and more doubters of Haskins coming out and voicing their opinions on the young QB. But if this is true it could be massive, Haskins has been locked in as the #2 QB in this draft behind Kyler Murray this entire draft process. Many assumed he would go within the top 10, possibly to the Giants at #6. Speculation about Haskins' ability to throw deep is the main criticism while others have also mentioned that the amount of talent on the Ohio State team helped carry Haskins. This is all a smokescreen in my opinion, possibly being said by a team like Denver or Cincinnati to try and drop Haskins to them closer to the 10 or 11 spot. I don't believe this will work however, if the Giants decide to pass on Haskins with the 6th pick, I would imagine teams like Washington will be lining up to try and trade with Jacksonville or Detroit to try and get him. If Dwayne Haskins slides, It won't be very far.
