Medical Condition could take Sweat out of 1st round

Former Mississippi State pass rusher Montez Sweat now has the chance to fall out of the 1st round entirely after more info on a heart condition has come up less than a week before the draft kicks off Thursday night. The video below explains that Sweat's condition while similar to Maurice Hurst's heart condition from last year's draft, doesn't appear to be as serious.
Even though this doesn't appear as bad a heart condition as Hurst's (who was taken in the 5th round by Oakland last year). This is still enough that at least four teams have taken Sweat off of their draft boards entirely. After having a great 2018 season, crushing the Senior Bowl and Impressing tons of teams at the Combine last month, Many experts projected Sweat as a top 10 pick in this year's draft. Now, it appears he'll be lucky to get picked somewhere in the late 1st round. Bleacher Report's NFL Draft expert Matt Miller tweeted out this morning what he's hearing about the Sweat situation

With more and more experts hearing the same info, this appears to be true and Sweat could fall out of the first round. This is going to definitely shake up the draft with teams that were expected to be interested in Sweat early now having to take another player. What makes this interesting to me is now some team has the opportunity to get crazy draft value by taking Sweat in the later part of the 1st round or even early into the 2nd round. There now could be two elite players sitting there in the 2nd round for teams to take in Jeffrey Simmons (tore his ACL in January) and Sweat. Just when you thought the draft couldn't get more interesting, we now have one more story line to follow come Thursday night.
